My focus for the past few months has been on writing and teaching what people need to know to become Stress Free. Or at least get very close. To that end I have written three eBooks on the subject, each with a different focus. They are now available on Amazon’s Kindle Select site. But don’t go out and buy them today! As a brief introduction to my teachings I present the notion that stress is not a necessary feeling to experience when we understand how we each create it with our minds. It almost seems that stress is normal, given how complex and “over “informationalized” (I just made that word up) we seem to be in today’s culture. You can, however, live stress free when you understand the causes and discover the antidotes to a reactive and conditioned mind.

In one of the books I focus on how we can “declutter the mind” in order to access the true wisdom and power of finding creative solutions to life’s challenges. I really like this one as it is in a conversational format between Bob, a typical modern-day man with a particular problem he faces and hasn’t been able to solve, and this counselor Matthew, who is a teacher of Buddhist philosophy in addition to being a therapist. Great wisdom here!

In the second book I focus on how we can change our lives by changing our thoughts. And in the third book I focus on how we can avoid work stress in two ways: one being to discover or recognize our authentic nature and move to work that best aligns with it. And if that doesn’t satisfy or meet your need, to learn and practice particular mind techniques to reclaim a stress free experience in each day, no matter the circumstance!

In addition, I am now working on a print book that details the path to create a stress free organization, both from external factors and internal responses to work situations. This book is also intended as an introduction to my consulting work with organizations to help them reduce stress in order to increase motivation and productivity, and profitability.
